The Business Enablement Partner is a strategic role responsible for designing and implementing business solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction within our engines and brands. This role focuses on evaluating current processes, architecting future-state workflows, and leading change initiatives across sales, recruiting, client delivery functions and support functions. Operating outside of IT, the Business Enablement Partner partners with business leaders, field operations, and enabling teams to ensure solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership capabilities (it is a Individual Contributor role), the ability to influence strategic directions, and a commitment to mentorship and knowledge sharing.
