As a strategic Change Enablement Leader, the role is centered around enabling and driving transformation at a higher level within the organization, including: Influence and lead change management for product developments, services, release management planning and deployments Operate as an internal service provider for the realization of the product roadmaps. Serve as a senior point of escalation for change enablement and act as the executive relationship manager for key strategic partners. Provide strategic partnership and executive leadership support on change enablement for the function and programs led by the function Drive and support engagement to align different stakeholders with the organization’s vision and goals during change, ensuring everyone is on the same page
