About The Position

The Business Operations Coordinator provides structured administrative and visual support to the Chief of Staff. This role focuses on creating slide decks, updating trackers, formatting reports, and assisting with operational prep for leadership meetings. It’s ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep executive workflows polished and on track.

Responsibilities

  • Format and update presentation decks for CIO leadership and governance meetings
  • Maintain shared trackers and templates (e.g., initiative status, deadlines, roster changes)
  • Support logistics and prep for recurring meetings (agendas, scheduling, file organization)
  • Assist with basic dashboard upkeep in Excel/Sheets or Notion
  • Perform light editing, formatting, and version control for executive-facing documents
  • Help collect and consolidate inputs from other teams into shared materials
