Business Operations Analyst-Physician Foundation
About The Position
The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of project oriented tasks to support the operational needs of Hartford Health Care Medical Group (HHCMG). The analyst interprets all pertinent clinical and financial data, summarizes issues and examines the market forces to present comprehensive analyses. Comprehensive analyses will include collation and evaluation of data from a variety of sources, drawing conclusions relative to available data, and identifying alternative options and recommendations, prepare financial and quality impact analysis, and prepare final reports. Responsible for overseeing ad hoc analysis in support of various HHC and HHCMG initiatives.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Health Care, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of healthcare or business experience.
