Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support process documentation, workflow mapping, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support forecasting, planning, audits, and compliance.
