About The Position

The Business Operations Analyst will support the Army & Defense Agencies (A&DA) Sector. This role focuses on running the business: managing operational cadences, preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining data in Salesforce and other systems, and providing day-to-day executive and operational support. The role works closely with the Senior Director of OPEX and in partnership with the Executive Administrative assistant to ensure meetings, materials, reporting, and follow-through are consistently executed at a high standard. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT The Business Operations Analyst will support the Army & Defense Agencies (A&DA) Sector, within GDIT’s Defense Division. This role focuses on running the business: supporting operational cadences, preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining data in Salesforce and other systems, and providing day-to-day operational support. The role works closely with the Senior Director of OPEX, Business Area Operations Directors withing the Sector and in partnership with the Executive assistant to ensure meetings, materials, reporting, and follow-through are consistently executed at a high standard. Prepare, coordinate and/or maintain standard operational reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint. Run recurring reports on: Program risk status, Execution metrics.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Required Experience: 2+ years of work experience in a business setting
  • Required Technical Skills: reporting tools, Salesforce, CRM, Power BI or Tableau, SharePoint
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, problem solving, project or task management, process improvement, data analysis, requirements gathering documentation, knowledge management
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Security clearance level: Active TS clearance to start, and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI.
