Solution Assurance Business Analyst This team supports critical areas of the business that helps to control risk to the company and improves overall customer satisfaction. Solution Assurance is an Enterprise repeatable process that ensures any non-standard and/or complex solution requirements and costs are captured, and agreed to PRIOR to the signing of a customer contract/SOW. Designed to be an end-to-end focus across all aspects of NCR ATLEOS Solutions. The Solution Assurance will help drive the process; facilitate internal and cross-functional meetings; govern adherence; conduct reporting; and drive process efficiencies. The role will work in a very dynamic environment working very closely with Industry leadership and cross-functional teams to: gather data; provide direction to resources and teams; assist with breaking down roadblocks/hurdles; and drive ongoing change through use of technology and tools. The Business Analyst will gain exposure to many areas of NCR ATLEOS and its solutions. In addition, you will have exposure and engagement with various leadership around NCR ATLEOS. Some of the tasks that will be expected are as follows: Data gathering efforts that will be used for metrics and executive level reporting cadence. Assisting with storing and monitoring artifacts that are tied to a given NCR ATLEOS solution. Proficient in conducting meetings in English Attending review meetings to capture critical data points that will become official records of approval or commitment. Leading initiatives that will enhance the overall process bringing ongoing value to Stakeholders. Participating in brain storming activities working through and solutioning activities that will change and improve the direction of Solution Assurance program. Lead training sessions working with resources and teams new to the Solution Assurance Process.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills – Process orientation/background
  • Microsoft 360 application understanding (Power Point, Excel, Word…)
  • Solid written and verbal skills
  • Familiarity with collaboration applications (Sharepoint, Smartsheet, teams, etc..)
  • Detail oriented
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with key deliverables.
  • Comfortable working with constant change
  • Working with a customer-first lenses
  • Takes initiative and can dig into tasks and concepts
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts
  • Knowledge of Banking ecosystem
  • Minimum College Bachelor’s Degree
