About The Position

Cardinal Points Imaging is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Are you passionate about patient care? Do you love interacting with people? Come and join our team as a Business Office Registration Supervisor for a Full-Time position at our 5 outpatient imaging centers located in Raleigh, Cary, Clayton, and Wake Forest. This position will have direct oversight of our Patient Care Coordinators (Registration Team) and Medical Records across all locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front office workflows within outpatient imaging and proven experience managing teams of 25 or more employees. Flexibility is essential, as regular travel to all centers will be required. We're seeking someone who is not only detail-oriented and organized, but also approachable and supportive — someone who can lead by example while maintaining high standards of patient service and operational excellence. The Business Office Supervisor is responsible for collaborating and leading the Imaging Center Patient Care Coordinators team in providing excellent patient experience and supporting the operational goals for both the Center and the organization. This includes all customer and patient-facing responsibilities including welcoming, registering, and overall patient coordination, as well as phone correspondence, scheduling appointments inventory, and medical record management. This position will include the training, supervision, and management of Business Office team members. The overall scope for this series is designed to ensure the management and resources are available to maintain a quality, high functioning, and customer friendly Outpatient Imaging Center.

Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office.
  • 2-5 years supervisory experience.
