Additionally, the position is responsible for payroll, human resources, and benefits administration, covering employee relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, compensation, leave management, worker's compensation, terminations, and unemployment claims. The role supports organizational goals by fostering positive employee relations and efficient administrative operations.
