Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Massachusetts, located in New Bedford, MA, is a 90 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families. Responsible for supporting both the legal and treasury teams with various administrative task including but not limited to handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, copying, scanning, distribution and support, handling paperwork and filing, preparing letters, presentations and reports. Must be an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. The Office Manager should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
