About The Position

COME BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH VIBRA HEALTHCARE! Vibra Hospital of SE Massachusetts is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team! Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Massachusetts, located in New Bedford, MA, is a 90 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families. Responsible for supporting both the legal and treasury teams with various administrative task including but not limited to handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, copying, scanning, distribution and support, handling paperwork and filing, preparing letters, presentations and reports. Must be an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. The Office Manager should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent requited.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in an administrative/office role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Exemplifies Standards of Behavior.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree in related area preferred.
