ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The Assistant organizes and performs Business Office functions including, but not limited to, Explaining and getting all admission packets signed, taking pictures of residents and uploading to Matrix, Medicaid yearly reviews/verifications, maintain and send out daily census, coding and uploading vendor invoices, coding and uploading all consolidated billing, distributing trust money and obtaining signatures as requested, scanning and uploading all billing documents, update insurance info for residents who receive outside bills, covering reception at lunch time.
