As a Business & Manufacturing Operations Intern , you will gain hands-on experience in production workflows, supply chain coordination, and business process optimization. You’ll work closely with our operations and management teams to support real-world projects that impact our bottom line.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Self-starter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to travel to CA, Ontario CA and Quebec
• Practical experience in both business and manufacturing operations

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing production data and identifying efficiency improvements
• Support supply chain and inventory management activities
• Participate in process documentation and workflow mapping
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational projects
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review
