The Chief Operating Office (COO) Business Management Team assists in operationalisation of Global Private Banks (GPB) vision and strategy. The Team is responsible for operational efficiency and resilience of GPB across COO and central functions as well as GPB wide direct & indirect cost and resources management. The purpose of this Project Manager role is to drive and execute key projects for PBRSG ensuring remediation of ongoing issues and risk matters, driving alignment across the business and delivery of strategic initiatives. Requirements

  • Able to build a trusted advisor relationship with working partners and senior executives.
  • Highly professional approach, competent with the ability to work independently and drive forward elements of key GPB product and service-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee communications, support MI production, perform data cleansing, optimise processes, and develop high-quality, client-ready presentations and materials (e.g., SharePoint content, strategy decks).
  • Lead and manage strategic and regulatory projects end-to-end, including defining scope, timelines, deliverables and ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Apply risk management principles to identify, assess and support remediation of risks in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify challenges, analyse root causes and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth project and operational delivery.
  • Build strong relationships, communicate effectively across levels and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting progress against defined plans, ensuring alignment with quality standards, timelines and cost objectives.
