About The Position

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, business operations, and sales/marketing initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong foundation in business and finance paired with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with charisma a true professional who can confidently analyze KPIs, lead budgeting efforts, and also represent the company with credibility and a persuasive “gift of gab.”

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in business management, financial analysis, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret financial data and business metrics.
  • Persuasive communicator with natural charisma and excellent presentation skills.
  • Relationship-builder who engages well with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented leader who collaborates effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
  • Comfortable working with financial models, KPI dashboards, and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Analyze margins, operating KPIs, and business trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Develop financial models and support long-range planning and business case development.
  • Recommend cost-savings, pricing strategies, and initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Represent the Company in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Partner with the sales team on strategies, proposals, pricing packages, and customer outreach.
  • Support branding, marketing campaigns, and development of communication materials.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand company presence and strengthen competitive position.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, HR, and leadership to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Improve internal processes, reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and departmental coordination.
  • Support key projects, quarterly reviews, and business development activities.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to enhance organizational performance and consistency.
