This role collaborates closely with department leadership to drive process improvement initiatives, provide leadership on various engagements, and prepare executive-level presentations. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of organizational policies and business objectives, the Lead provides strategic support through detailed analysis, effective meeting coordination, and the creation of high-quality deliverables. The position requires independent judgment to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring all solutions are efficient, compliant, and aligned with policy standards. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, facilitating key meetings, and delivering exceptional support to internal partners through strong communication and a commitment to excellence.
