About The Position

The Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights, optimize reporting processes, and ensure data integrity. Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is Required.
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 Years of experience in Information Technology is preferred.
- Familiarity with T-SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Python, R, Spark, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support critical business decisions using various technologies.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, etc.
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights for the business and customer, improving operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
