Position Summary : The Business Intelligence Analyst - Robotics, Orthopedics, Nevro is responsible for leveraging Business Intelligence and data analytics to continuously create business tools, metrics, and measurables within the organization that solve problems and optimize growth. This individual works with the Sales and Commercial teams to provide data insights to drive successful business decisions. Essential Functions : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support Robotics (INR), Orthopedics, and Nevro commercial and operational teams. Provide actionable insights into sales performance, system utilization, account growth, pricing, and market trends. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to define KPIs, performance metrics, and standardized reporting structures. Design and implement scalable data solutions to reduce reliance on ad hoc reporting. Support forecasting, territory analysis, pipeline tracking, and installed-base analytics. Monitor and validate data quality across multiple systems to ensure accurate reporting. Automate and optimize existing reporting processes using SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools. Build and maintain “gold” datasets and semantic models to enable consistent, reliable analytics across teams. Prepare executive-level reporting and ad hoc analyses as requested by leadership. Document business logic, data definitions, and reporting standards to support long-term sustainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
