Foxhole is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in close coordination with Government stakeholders. This role focuses on analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights within an Oracle-based analytics environment, including Oracle APEX.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related field
Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data
Experience building reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or similar tools
Experience supporting reporting within Oracle APEX or similar BI/reporting platforms
Experience with data visualization and communicating insights through reports and dashboards
Ability to work with multiple data sources and validate data accuracy and integrity
Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Active Secret clearance
Continental and Oversees travel may be required.
You must maintain a current passport

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s (BS) degree
Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (OCI and/or AWS)
Experience working with Oracle BI Administration Tool (RPD) for semantic modeling and data source configuration
Experience using JIRA or similar tools to manage analytics work

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions within Oracle Apex environment
Partner with Government stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
Review analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare analytical reports and presentations for executive leadership and Government stakeholders
Identify trends that may impact mission outcomes and the information environment
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
Develop and document processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting
Support data governance and reporting best practices
Support BI solutions across all phases from requirements gathering through implementation and sustainment
