About The Position

As a Business Intelligence Analyst supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to transform engagement and stakeholder data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. You will organize, analyze, and visualize data to help leadership understand trends, priorities, and opportunities for improvement across programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating them into consolidated reporting views
  • Strong data cleaning and transformation skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power Query, or similar technologies
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience tracking performance metrics and trend analysis across multi-year timeframes
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement tracking or program performance reporting

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and manage data from engagements, meetings, surveys, conferences, and other stakeholder interactions
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
  • Develop reporting that tracks engagement activity, stakeholder feedback themes, geographic trends, and program priorities
  • Provide leadership with real-time visibility into past and upcoming engagements and recurring field insights
  • Combine multiple data sets into unified reporting views to support comprehensive analysis
  • Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
  • Partner with team members to structure and standardize data collection processes
  • Identify trends over time and highlight risks, gaps, or areas for additional focus
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting logic to ensure transparency and repeatability
  • Recommend improvements to data collection tools and reporting processes to enhance insight quality over time
