Requirements

  • At least 1 year of insurance sales experience (business insurance experience preferred)
  • Active California Property & Casualty License
  • Entrepreneurial motivation to grow a personal client base
  • Strong collaborative skills to work within a district team
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship abilities
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Committed to excellence in customer service and business development

Responsibilities

  • Partner with district agents to identify, quote, and write new business insurance policies
  • Split commissions on shared policies while developing your own portfolio
  • Build relationships with business clients and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Conduct outreach, networking, and continuous follow-ups to foster business growth
  • Deliver proactive service and maintain strong, long-term client connections
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including quoting, coverage reviews, and cross-selling
