Requirements

Capitalization: To kickstart your agency, you'll need to have access to $100k in liquid assets.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: We're looking for someone who's self-driven and eager to take charge of their own business.
Sales Background: While not mandatory, experience in sales, marketing, or business development is definitely a plus.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effective interaction with both clients and team members.
Leadership Skills: You'll need strong leadership and management capabilities to nurture and develop your team.
Licensing: You should be prepared to obtain and maintain the necessary state insurance licenses, with support and training provided by Farmers.
Financial Acumen: A basic understanding of financial statements, profit and loss management, and business operations is important.
