What you'll do: You will oversee field personnel who support the company's operational activities. You’ll ensure the individuals are empowered with the tools, access, and systems they need to succeed, while maintaining operational efficiency and driving exceptional customer satisfaction. Provide and maintain access to critical business systems, including financial, HR, sales, PMO, and mass-market platforms to ensure field personnel can perform their roles effectively. Address and resolve concerns, remotely, ensuring high levels of satisfaction at all times. Help navigate challenges and meet business goals. Take ownership of day-to-day service business processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures that drive satisfaction and financial performance. Act as a go-to resource for resolving immediate technical needs
