What you'll do: You will oversee field personnel who support the company's operational activities. You’ll ensure the individuals are empowered with the tools, access, and systems they need to succeed, while maintaining operational efficiency and driving exceptional customer satisfaction. Provide and maintain access to critical business systems, including financial, HR, sales, PMO, and mass-market platforms to ensure field personnel can perform their roles effectively. Address and resolve concerns, remotely, ensuring high levels of satisfaction at all times. Help navigate challenges and meet business goals. Take ownership of day-to-day service business processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures that drive satisfaction and financial performance. Act as a go-to resource for resolving immediate technical needs

Requirements

  • Advance skills utilizing Microsoft 365 is required
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, specifically Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered tools within the platform.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively using Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Skilled in developing engaging presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable adopting new AI features and technologies within Microsoft 365.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to connect effectively with team members, leadership, and customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Demonstrated success in resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively, with a customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Financial, HR, or CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience in Wireless or media entertainment industry is a plus
