Responsibilities

  • Build new relationships with real estate agents and industry partners.
  • Create opportunities through proactive outreach, conversations, and follow-up.
  • Develop long-term clients, not one-off transactions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline using our structured prospect framework.
  • Move prospects forward intentionally through trust, insight, and timing.
  • Balance relationship-building activities with proactive outreach.
  • Own your numbers, activity, and improvement plan.
  • Track activity and pipeline accurately.
  • Take responsibility for outcomes without blame or excuses.
  • Participate fully in coaching, training, and feedback sessions.
  • Apply guidance quickly and consistently.
  • Continuously improve sales skill, communication, and market knowledge.
