About The Position

Nurture and grow direct sales for precast concrete in commercial and residential markets with a heavy focus in parking garages.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Problem solving and Conflict Resolution Skills required
  • Ability to interact with all levels of Management
  • Project a professional and appropriate company image in all dealings with clients, vendors, business partners and visitors.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-years experience in sales
  • Minimum 5-years experience in Precast Concrete, Equivalent Construction/Manufacture Experience
  • Background in Consultative Sales with Architects and/or project design teams
  • Travel up to 50% as needed
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform general office administrative activities

Nice To Haves

  • Parking Garage Sales preferred
  • Auto-Cad experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute leads that allows you to meet and exceed your sales and revenue targets
  • Work with multiple departments for collaboration and gauge timelines (Estimating, Project Management, Production, Executive Team)
  • Build and drive direct sales activities
  • Posses deep knowledge of business product offering and value
  • Execute outbound campaigns and activities
  • Develop client portfolio
  • Remain updated with competition
  • Contribute to Marketing Campaigns
