Responsible for shaping the experience of each Parts Town HVAC customer, the Business Develop Specialist Supervisor is a voice to the way that Parts Town is changing the industry. The Business Develop Specialist Supervisor will support internal team members by serving as the primary point of contact for training and guidance and will support the day-to-day functions related to the operations of the HVAC Business Development Specialist team. Taking on additional responsibility through maintaining team reports and projects, this individual will ensure the HVAC team is functioning at their utmost capacity. The Supervisor will foster a positive team environment, success in this demanding position requires the ability to thrive within a fast-paced atmosphere, the capability to multi-task, a dedication to coaching and training, and a passion to provide the best experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer centric role
  • Consistently exceeds customer expectations at every opportunity in current role
  • Identified as a “go-to” resource for both customers and Parts Town team members
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide solution-oriented customer service while remaining positive throughout the day
  • Ability to effectively communicate and develop personal emotional connections with customers

Responsibilities

  • Support internal team members’ personal growth and development as they progress through their Parts Town journey.
  • Guide our team through the HVAC Customer Experience and Inside Sales journey by effectively collaborating with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs and finding solutions that create satisfaction for the customer and the company .
  • Handle payroll , attendance issues, and disciplinary notices when applicable.
  • Monitor the Wallboard , Sales Force Inbox, and Outbound Calls daily to ensure phone coverage.
  • Assist the team with customer escalation calls to find the best resolution for the customer .
  • Handle reports, ROSD’s , blocks and warranty exceptions daily.
