About The Position

Supports the Neovia global growth of $200M in new business year over year. Improve prospecting activities, marketing campaigns, and better alignment between sales and marketing will be key initiatives to achieve the global sales goal. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provides sales and marketing efforts in support the regional Sales teams to include but is not limited to: Noise generation on social media using relevant mediums including LinkedIn New customer prospecting activities Supports and creates marketing campaigns Undertakes joint selling activities where necessary Undertakes and manages sales campaigns by industry vertical or region Supports and creates sales collateral for use in campaigns and selling activities Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system maintenance and oversight along with strategic CRM enhancements initiatives. Manages Salesforce inputs and pipeline for data accuracy Communicates clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization Performs data analysis regarding campaign success alongside detailed reports with other key data Must be flexible with working hours

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
  • 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, sales support or customer service preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment
  • Ability to prioritize work in line with department, territory and company goals
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple individuals (or teams) to reach a decision or goal
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and personal organization skills
  • Ability to write professional reports
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision when required
