We are seeking a Business Development Sales Manager to help expand our Lifesciences product development service lines across North America. This is a senior, high‑impact commercial role focused on driving new revenue, leading complex consultative sales engagements, and building long‑term strategic partnerships with innovative Lifesciences organizations. You’ll join a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where your expertise directly shapes client outcomes and influences our go‑to‑market strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive business development or technical sales experience within Lifesciences.
  • Proven experience selling complex, multidisciplinary consulting or product development services.
  • Demonstrated success engaging senior and executive‑level stakeholders (R&D, Engineering, Design, Human Factors, Software, etc.).
  • Strong consultative selling capability, commercial judgment, and executive presence.
  • Highly collaborative, self‑directed, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative, solution‑based sales across our life sciences service offerings.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities aligned with our ICPs, territory plan, and growth goals.
  • Guide early‑stage discovery, needs assessment, and proposal development.
  • Serve as the primary commercial lead throughout the full sales cycle—from first conversation to contract close.
  • Represent Ensera Design as a knowledgeable, credible industry expert at client meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Build trusted, senior‑level relationships with client decision‑makers.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive long‑term, multi‑service growth.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and service‑line leaders to ensure alignment and exceptional client experience.
  • Partner closely with marketing, delivery, and global commercial teams to refine and execute growth strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitive feedback to shape future offerings.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Report performance, risks, and opportunities to the NA Head of Commercialization and Growth.
