We’re small, fast-moving, and building in real time. This is a hands-on role for someone excited to help build and scale an AI product in a relationship-driven industry. Responsibilities: We’re hiring a Business Development & Sales Manager to help drive revenue, partnerships, and long-term growth. You’ll be responsible for selling Subi, forming brokerage and association partnerships, supporting rev share conversations, and helping design the systems that will power our sales organization as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who loves the mix of people, travel, strategy, and execution—and who understands that early-stage startups require ownership, creativity, and follow-through. Must be living in the US.
