As a direct report to the Area Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative will drive the acquisition of new customers and facilitate the expansion of existing accounts within the local market. This role requires a passionate sales professional who excels in identifying and expanding opportunities proactively and cultivating strong, enduring relationships with customers. This role will develop a deep understanding of TrueBlue’s offerings and how we solve customer problems. This role operates with a remote work structure, but it is fundamentally a field-based sales position, requiring over 50% of time dedicated to outside sales activities and client engagement.
