About The Position

This position is responsible for facilitating the growth of Delta Mechanical’s sales by driving Home Depot Staff Awareness and lead generation. Home Depot Store Connectivity is the pillar in which Delta Mechanical functions to set up this partnership for success in customer satisfaction, sales and lead generation.

Requirements

High school Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a sales, business development, or training/facilitation related field.
Valid Driver’s License and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices.
This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.
Ability to operate a mobile device/tablet/laptop.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets.
Understand how to develop and implement business strategies.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes.
Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
Competent in public speaking.
Basic math skills.
Ability to consistently demonstrate our core values by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with team members, management, and customers.
Daily travel required: up to 85%.

Responsibilities

Increase Delta Mechanical’s brand awareness at The Home Depot to drive sales growth and lead generation.
Maintain current relations with The Home Depot employees while building new ones
Develop and implement strategies for increasing lead generation through PK training, contests and promotional advertising.
Identify reasons for sales and lead conversion shortfalls at underperforming stores and work with management to establish a plan to rectify both
Train Home Depot store associates Delta Mechanical’s product offering, processes and best practices for successful lead generation conversion.
Attend marketing events including, but not limited to, Home Depot store events
Coordinate with office staff to resolve any customer issues that are presented while marketing
Work alongside the other departments within the organization to facilitate exceptional customer experience
Assist in marketing responsibilities as new business lines are launched
Complete all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
