The business development representative will be responsible for growing the referral base through marketing campaigns and serve as an industry resource for our current referral networks. This position’s goal will be to double our brand awareness with traditional and strategic campaigns for our existing referral sources and grow our overall referral base by consistently bringing on 10 new referral relationships weekly. The candidate must be able to converse with insurance adjusters, property owners, and internal staff.
