As we accelerate growth in the US market, we’re looking for a high-energy, competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on winning, takes initiative, and attacks each day with urgency and positivity. This is not a passive role. The BDR at Celebrus is a front-line growth driver—someone who is relentless about creating opportunities, fearless on the phone, and motivated by measurable success. You will play a critical role in building pipeline, opening doors with senior decision-makers, and setting the tone for our go-to-market motion in the US.

Requirements

  • Strong competitive drive and desire to win
  • Proven experience as a BDR/SDR or similar role
  • Comfort with cold calling and objection handling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and sales tools
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Someone willing to travel to events and conferences to generate leads

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline creation by identifying, engaging, and qualifying net-new business opportunities
  • Prospect aggressively via cold calling, email, social selling, and multi-channel outreach
  • Attend events and conferences as needed, so travel will be part of the role
  • Develop deep understanding of Celebrus use cases, buyer personas, and customer pain points
  • Educate prospects on how Celebrus solves real business problems
  • Research accounts, industries, and stakeholders to tailor outreach
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, call scripts, and messaging
  • Secure discovery meetings for Sales Executives with senior buyers
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Leverage tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
  • Stay current on market and industry trends
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets
