About The Position

As a full-time Business Development Representative at SIXT, you will be integral to the corporate sales operations, driving growth by establishing new partnerships. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified sales opportunities to boost revenue. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on challenging targets and a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles preferably selling into corporate travel, fleet management, or related industries
  • High school degree and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Comfortable with technology and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms)
  • Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, competitive, and excel at engaging executives
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets and are hungry to grow your sales career
  • Able to work from our Fort Lauderdale office at least 4 days per week and support local events as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Sales team by generating and qualifying new business opportunities through research and identification of key decision makers within companies
  • Manage targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to engage priority corporate accounts
  • Liaise with decision-makers across multiple industries to understand their mobility needs
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurate Salesforce data
  • Receive and schedule meetings for Account Executives that lead to closed business
  • Assist at corporate events, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives to generate leads
