Osano is hiring our first outbound Business Development Representatives to build the foundation of our outbound motion. This isn't a role where you'll follow a rigid script or blast templated sequences, we believe the future of selling is more human, and we're looking for people who want to help define what that looks like at Osano. You'll have significant autonomy in how you prospect and full ownership of your number. That means experimenting with what works, learning from the team, and bringing your own ideas to the table. We're building something new here, and you'll have a hand in shaping it. What Success Looks Like You prioritize outcomes and quality over quantity BDRs at Osano act as a filter, not a funnel. Your job isn't to get everyone into a meeting, it's to protect the time of our AEs and prospects by identifying who we can genuinely help. You will: Research prospects thoughtfully before reaching out Evaluate whether Osano can deliver real outcomes before asking for a demo Qualify for alignment, not just interest Sell consultatively, not transactionally You embrace AI as a force multiplier The ideal candidate actively uses AI in their day-to-day work and is constantly experimenting with better ways to engage prospects. You see AI as a way to become more human, not less, improving how you think, research, communicate, and relate to buyers.
