About The Position

LiveEO is looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their North American sales team. This is a majorly outbound-focused role where the BDR will be the engine of growth, identifying and engaging key stakeholders within well-established organizations. The role involves working closely with a strong team and resources, and learning from an experienced Sales Team. The BDR will partner with Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging a modern tech stack and representing the company in person at major industry conferences and trade shows across North America.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of Experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably enterprise-level).
  • Comfortable with the 'cold' start and viewing a 'No' as a request for more information.
  • Exceptional communication skills (articulate, empathetic, and persuasive via cold call, email, or face-to-face).
  • Familiarity with a modern sales stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Interest in using AI tools to enhance workflow.
  • Desire to grow career in SaaS and strengthen basics.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in geospatial, remote sensing.
  • Experience with energy (T&D, pipeline).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research high-value accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and AI-driven intent data to map out complex organizational structures.
  • Contact potential leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce the company’s products or services.
  • Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability for the company's offerings, uncovering business pain points and ensuring every discovery call set is high-value.
  • Travel to conferences and trade-shows to represent the company (20% Travel), engage prospects face-to-face, manage booth traffic, and turn 'passing interest' into qualified pipeline.
  • Work in lockstep with Account Executives (AEs) to develop territory plans, providing deep account intelligence that helps win complex enterprise deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in our CRM - HubSpot, using data to track conversion rates and iterate on messaging.
  • Achieve or exceed set quotas for meetings set-up and deals created.
  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline development and other metrics.
