About The Position

The primary responsibility for Business Development Associates is to generate and acquire new business by creating dialogue with Senior Executives across various industries in Fortune 500 companies. You will introduce our DB&A business model and strategically schedule business meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales in specific territories. This full-time position is based in our corporate headquarters located in Dallas, Texas. Compensation • Base salary of $53K for the first 3 months • After 90 days and based on performance and tenure, three levels of base pay progression o $55K as Business Development Representative o $61K as Business Development Manager o $85K as Business Development Specialist • Bonus potential is $200-300 per appointment set and held, with uncapped commission potential Work Environment • Positive and empowering work environment • Employees work together and help each other to be successful Benefits • DB&A pays 100% of employee medical premiums • Dental, vision, life insurance, short /long term disability and 401K offered • Medical, dental and vision insurance goes into effect the 1st day of the month following 45 days of employment • 2-week paid vacation • 1-week PTO • 1-week paid year-end closure Work Schedule • 3 shifts available • Flexible start times • Half Days - Tuesdays and Fridays • Full-time position • No weekends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Proven track record of inside sales experience in a high-volume environment
  • Documented B2B sales expertise
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience utilizing and updating CRM database – Salesforce experience a plus
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassador for DB&A
  • Introducing DB&A’s business model and consulting services with ability to articulate the value of professional services to C-level executives
  • Successfully schedule and confirm meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
  • Independently research and update established prospect database
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain and report daily accountability standards
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
