The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and seeding revenue creation in our Enterprise vertical. We are looking for someone who has a passion for consultative sales, technology and is excited to help create safe and frictionless experiences for individuals and businesses.

Requirements

  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings and be able to listen, articulate positions, and advocate.
  • Experience leveraging sales engagement tools (i.e. Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities via inbound and outbound channels.
  • Use prospecting strategies (email, calling, social selling, etc.) to lead initial outreach to prospects.
  • Identify the needs / challenges of the prospective customer and how CLEAR can be a solution.
  • Schedule exploratory meetings for Sales and Account Executives.
  • Exceed opportunity generation and pipeline revenue target.
