Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the restoration or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Use database tools to identify key players in a business or entity to target for our services.
  • Follow a thorough sales process to ensure our existing and new commercial clients see the value in our services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management firms, apartment communities, insurance agents, adjusters, real estate personnel, plumbers etc.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain and nurture key accounts and client relationships.
