About The Position

CRBR is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business, strengthen partnerships, and represent our brand in the community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, closing opportunities, and being the face of a growing company in the restoration and construction industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of sales/marketing experience (restoration industry a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Social media and content creation experience
  • College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong referral partner relationships
  • Generate new business through networking, outreach, and events
  • Manage and maintain CRM data, contacts, and sales pipeline
  • Conduct direct sales, including emergency response opportunities
  • Represent CRBR at community events, associations, and networking groups
  • Support and maintain key company (house) accounts
  • Track activity and maintain consistent follow-up with clients
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams
  • Utilize social media for branding and business growth
  • Meet and exceed annual sales performance goals
