Requirements

1+ years of sales, marketing or customer service experience OR relevant experience
A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Ability to work from Sprout’s Chicago office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with the possibility of additional in-office days depending on business needs

Responsibilities

Generate new business by prospecting outbound leads through cold outreach
Use outbound selling best practices to identify customer pain points while driving the value of our product
Strategically partner with Account Executives to create new business opportunities
Consistently learn and apply coaching related to sales strategy and processes
Leverage AI-powered tools and insights to research accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and prioritize prospects while maintaining a high-quality buyer experience
