We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow Splitero's wholesale channel by building and nurturing partnerships with mortgage brokers, lenders, and other referral partners. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, educating them on Splitero's Home Equity Investment (HEI) product and converting them into active, producing referral relationships. You will own the top of the wholesale funnel — prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new partners while maintaining engagement with existing ones. You will report to the Manager of Wholesale and work closely with Account Executives, the Marketing team, and Production to ensure a seamless partner experience from first contact through funded deal. A strong phone presence, CRM discipline, and a genuine passion for helping homeowners access their equity will be critical for success in this role.
