What You’ll be Doing: Sales & Business Development Drive sales of White Tail Connects instrumentation, electrical, and automation solutions within upstream and midstream oil & gas. Identify customer needs and present differentiated solutions across an assigned territory. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and resellers. Support pre-sales activities including needs assessments, solution design, and proposals. Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and end users. Serve as a primary contact for technical questions and post-sale support. Follow up regularly to support customer needs and uncover additional sales opportunities. Track customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Technical Expertise & Support Translate customer requirements into effective automation and instrumentation solutions. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and solution recommendations. Maintain strong product knowledge across the White Tail Connects portfolio. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity. Your Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of progressive pre-sales and/or post-sales experience within the oil and gas market, specifically in instrumentation, automation, or related technologies. In-depth knowledge of automation, measurement and Electrical Equipment and products as applied to the oil and gas industry. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent ability to prioritize, schedule, and complete tasks efficiently and on time. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including some overnight stays.
