Due to continued growth, Vision33 is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Demand Generation and working closely with Demand Generation and Sales Consultants, this role is responsible for nurturing inbound interest and executing targeted outbound prospecting to generate high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs). This role is ideal for a consultative, curious, and disciplined professional who enjoys meaningful conversations, values quality over volume, and wants to grow within a structured, performance-driven sales organization.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, confident phone presence.
  • Ability to run structured, consultative conversations rather than scripted pitches.
  • Proven track record of meeting productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong written communication skills, including clear follow-up emails and internal documentation.
  • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo (including intent-based features), or the ability to ramp quickly.
  • Highly self-motivated with the discipline to succeed in a remote, work-from-home environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ERP solutions, cloud software, or accounting/financial processes is an asset but not required.
  • Bilingual capabilities (French or Spanish) are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage marketing engagement, intent signals, and prospecting tools to identify and prioritize best-fit opportunities.
  • Execute a balanced inbound and outbound prospecting motion, including calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Conduct professional, consultative qualification conversations to understand business needs, readiness, decision structure, and timing.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and buying influencers within target accounts.
  • Qualifying and advance opportunities into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) aligned with defined quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to ensure smooth handoff, strong context, and shared ownership of opportunity progression.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within HubSpot CRM, including call notes, qualification details, and follow-up actions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets related to SAL creation, pipeline contribution, activity discipline, and conversion quality.
  • Continuously assess prospecting effectiveness, messaging performance, and engagement outcomes to improve results over time.
