Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development with a proven track record of closing contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, exceptional communication, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Goal-oriented, resourceful, and skilled in overcoming objections and negotiating contracts.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Market Engagement: Be the face of Premier in your market, focusing on HOA Community Management.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with Community Association Managers and Board Directors, earning preferred vendor status.
  • Sales Leadership: Manage a pipeline with sales cycles of 3-12 months and nurture relationships to close contracts.
  • Impactful Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches to decision-makers and HOA members, showcasing Premier's value.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the estimating team to support clients through every step of the process.
