Zennify is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate pipeline growth and increase deal velocity across our Salesforce and Twilio practices. This role exists for one purpose: to create and advance qualified opportunities to the Proposal stage within our AI-driven sales motion. You will own outbound prospecting across Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, and other regulated industries, converting target accounts into qualified, research-backed opportunities that move cleanly into scoping and proposal. This is not a traditional “set meetings” BDR role. This role is measured by: Time to Proposal WIP Number of Proposal WIP opportunities created Pipeline growth contribution Reporting into the SVP, GTM, this role will work directly with Account Executives, Sales Solution Architects (SSA), and Principal Consultants to ensure clean stage progression and fast handoffs.
