As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth—representing Magma Math in your aligned region and acting as a key connection point between prospective customers and our sales team. While cold outreach will remain part of the role, this position is predominantly field-facing, with a strong focus on attending regional conferences, events, and industry gatherings to generate high-quality leads and build meaningful relationships with educators, school leaders, and decision-makers. You’ll be a trusted, client-facing presence for Magma Math, working closely with our Account Executives to qualify opportunities, share market insights, and ensure a seamless handoff from first conversation to formal sales process. Importantly, this role is designed as a long-term growth opportunity. There is significant room for progression, and high-performing BDRs will have a clear pathway into full sales cycle roles, such as Account Executive, where you’ll own opportunities end-to-end—from prospecting through close. This isn’t just another sales role—it’s a launchpad into a full commercial career within a mission-driven company.
