Key Obsessions: Inspire Confidence in Aagard's Value Proposition (AVP) Learn and communicate Aagard's Value Proposition clearly and confidently to prospective customers. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound marketing leads, inquiries, and event follow-ups. Represent Aagard positively in all customer interactions, including calls, email, virtual meetings, and events. Support the sales team, ensuing prospects understand Aagard's capabilities, culture, and purpose-built approach. Lead Engagement & Qualification Proactively engage prospects through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify potential opportunities. Qualify leads based on defined criteria (industry, application, timeline, fit, budget, etc.) and route appropriately. Schedule introductory meetings, discovery calls, and facility torus for Business Development Managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to support pipeline visibility and forecasting. Pipeline Development & Sales Support Support the generation of new sales opportunities (NSOs) by feeding qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Collaborate with Business Development Manager(s) to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. Identify and share patterns, objections, and insights with sales and marketing teams and assist with trade show follow-up and targeted outreach initiatives. Follow defined sales and CRM processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvements.
