Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of healthcare or behavioral health experience
  • Business development or sales success with measurable results
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of commercial insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on high-value referral relationships
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new referral sources (hospitals, clinicians, case managers, providers, community organizations)
  • Build long-term partnerships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results
  • Research emerging markets and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure strong brand presence and market positioning
  • Support Admissions with high-quality inbound referrals
  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics in Salesforce
  • Evaluate and exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets
