About The Position

As a Salary.com Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will be on the front lines of our sales team! You will support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities in order to expand our product reach. HYBRID- Office located in Waltham, MA. Monday-Friday Career pathing & growth opportunities Base salary of $48K-$53K with uncapped commission

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, HR, etc.)
• 0-2 years of sales or business development experience
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

• Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone, email and social media outreach campaigns
• Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools
• Design and execute territory specific plans with Account Executive sales partners
• Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training
