About The Position

We are a growing golf equipment company looking for a high energy B2B Sales Assistant/ Appointment Setter to join our team and help introduce our products to golf facilities across the U.S. This is an outbound, phone-based role focused on calling and setting sales appointments for our sales team with key decision makers at driving ranges, country clubs, and other golf facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sports, golf, and sales, with potential to grow into a full sales position over time.

Requirements

  • Comfortable talking on the phone and cold calling
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • High energy, confidence, and resilience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient with technology or willing to learn HubSpot CRM
  • Interest or background in sports or the golf industry preferred
  • Coachable mindset and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound B2B cold calls daily
  • Call country clubs, golf courses, and driving ranges
  • Speak with golf professionals, managers, and decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team
  • Accurately log calls, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
  • Learn and communicate our products and value proposition clearly
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic phone presence
